Packaging
Because many of our items are antique, vintage, or delicate, we take extra care when packaging.
Your order may include protective wrapping such as bubble wrap, foam, or double-boxing. A small handling fee may be included in the shipping total to cover packaging materials.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided for every shipment.
Once an item has been tendered to the carrier, delivery timeframes and transit updates are managed by the shipping carrier.
Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or missed delivery attempts once the carrier has scanned the package.
Customers must contact the carrier directly regarding delays or missing packages.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and all packaging materials.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Refunds for damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the carrier’s approval of the claim.
International Shipping
If shipped outside the U.S., additional customs fees, taxes, or duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
